Important Development Control Committee meeting Monday 9/6/08

Please see page 29 on attached agenda for Mondays (9 June 2008) 6:30 meeting of the Development control committee. This includes recommendation from Planning officers that the committee now accept the deletion of the major conditions on the Incinerator proposal that they tried to impose if the DBERR decide to approve the application. Remember these were the conditions which were publcised as protecting us from the Incinerator.

We will be making representations at the meeting so would appreciate your support so if you can make it please do. There are new members of the committee and we could swing the committee to force a public inquiry
